2) The service asks for money up front to initiate finding you a woman. The legitimate services already have a large female base for you to choose from.

3) The service does not list the girl's ability to speak English. Even if you find a woman with such a service, you may not find one that speaks English.

4) They claim that there is some type of rule barring them from giving out personal information. Since the ultimate goal of these services is to end up at marriage, no desire to furnish personal details is a sign of a scam.

5) You should be given an opportunity to speak with and visit the woman before paying a dime. Finding a partner and agreeing to marriage should be the only reason to pay.
