I loved you with all my
heart, deep in my soul;
gave you so much, yet,
now it grows bitterly cold.

It is so sad to say all
I need to tell you;
Want there to be another way,
wish you already knew.

Days pass us by and you
never change;
promises broken,
the old 'you' still remains.

I wanted to make you laugh,
you made me cry;
gone are those tender moments,
how i miss your mouth as it sighs.

Want you back, just can't
ask again, I am mute;
everytime I see you it kills me
you're still so adoring and cute.

Pain invades every moment now
I can finally face our reality;
can't let you hurt me anymore.
no longer blind, don't want to see.

A carved name on my life,
forever it will be this way;
Just have to leave, save myself,
"So hard to go, harder to stay."

I am gone, left with that
last brutal slamming door;
reached out to silence,
tried again but ... no more.
