Do you remember those good old days?
Do you remember cruising with me
In my ragtop spider, catching the breeze?
Along side the coastline I would drive for miles
Playing those oldies, we would sing along, too.
Our hearts were young, our hearts felt so free.
Not a care in the world, none at all.
Just you and me, lovers on top of the world.

I used to love watching you as the breeze tossed your hair about
In my ragtop spider, catching the breeze.
Nevertheless, that was many years ago, darling,
As my spider just collects dust in the garage.
Well, things are not like that anymore but I found our cure.

You have been asking weeks on end,
What I am doing in the garage all night?
Well, I have been working on our memories.
Restoring the young man in me who I once was- with you.
So, close your eyes, darling, as I take your hand.
I have a surprise for you outside.

As she opened her eyes and smiled
I said, "Cruise with me,
as we go catching the breeze again in our lives."
