Winding, twisting, and curving
The path narrows again
And I find myself back at the center
Back at the start
Back to myself

I?ve tried to escape from you- and I
From the concept of 'us'
From what 'we' were
From destiny...
But I always return to togetherness
Of you, us, we
I thought I could leave-
Forget you-
Let go-
Move on...
But I?m always pulled back
Like I?m magnetized
Ensnared in your touch
Entrapped by your kiss
Enraptured by your heart
Enchained by love
There?s a manacle around my heart
And though I have the key
It won?t open unless you?re with me
And I keep searching for something
But when I?m through
I end up back at the start
Back to us
...Back to you
